All firefighters have to pass the CPAT (candidate physical ability test). The test is the same for all who attempt it. There isn’t a different test for women. I’ve seen plenty of men fail it and I’ve seen a Wonder Woman Not Fragile Like A Flower Fragile Like A Bomb Shirt. This is in the US. I can’t speak for other countries.
