I missed probably 80% of the cherry blossom recipes from those damn eggs. Still mad about it. I seemed to upset a lot of people by saying this I Am At Home Among The Trees Shirt. Eggs may not have taken the place of cherry recipes, but literally every recipe during the event that I found was an egg recipe. My bottles were all eggs and from the sky – eggs. I stopped trying. I think the only recipe I got was the wallpaper. I’ll be ready for the next cherry season! Eggs and Blossoms came from different sources. Egg balloons did not take up normal balloon spawn, neither did egg bottles.

I have repeated time-traveled back to early April to get more cherry blossom recipes and can confirm that bunny balloons sometimes replace the normal balloons that spawn every 5 minutes. It’s rare, but it’s still happened to me like the I Am At Home Among The Trees Shirt. Ignoring days affected by Bunny Day, I’ve only been unable to find the 5-minute balloon once or twice. I assumed that was due to the cliffs near my coasts making the balloons rise too high to be seen, but it’s possible they never spawned. I’m a bit skeptical because I’ve found missing balloons to be way more common.

During the Bunny Day event, but who knows. I don’t believe balloons are guaranteed to spawn every 5 minutes. It’s why you would sometimes see both balloons spawn at the same time. I literally always had 2 balloons every 4th ad 9th minute, one bunny day, and one regular. They also released a patch to change the I Am At Home Among The Trees Shirt of bunny day balloons in the middle of the event, so it’s possible you are both correct but talking about a pre/post-patch experience. What’s the best way to spot balloons? I feel like I rarely see them. But I never look specifically for them.
