I’m calling BS on this one. I’ve been around farms my entire life, no Women have naturally long nails working on a farm. They also don’t have tiny little dainty rail-thin biceps either. Farm Women are thick this chick would blow over in a light breeze. I was out fishing with my uncle and his redneck friends. The rednecks were talking about their various orchards and all the Fresh From The Farm Butt Nuggets Vintage Shirt fruit they grow. So when I got a chance, I said “I bought my first house about 3 years ago and I have three pear trees in my front yard. The previous owner decided to utilize the entire backyard to grow asparagus and had gotten it to the point where it was perennial. Apparently they did not know this when they bought the house so it was quite a surprise.

You plant it year one. You let it grow out and in the winter it dies and all the seeds drop. Same thing for year two. And by year 3 you have two generations of Fresh From The Farm Butt Nuggets Vintage Shirt asparagus growing and many stalks. And assuming you kept the soil fertile the stalk you cut yesterday will have regrown to its previous size in a few days.  Much better compared to store-bought. My kids actually didn’t know I grew asparagus and one complained that I never made it for dinner. I explained it’s because I eat it as fast as it grows. Lol. None left over for the kiddos. About 30% of the dandelions in our yard have this year. I wonder if they caught some disease or something. Kinda cool though, huge stems and it looks like 3-5 dandelions all jammed together.
