I personally think HS years are pretty meaningless long term but it would have really sucked for me at that moment to miss them. But I feel so bad for our toddler. We can’t do anything, we just had a terrible storm blow through our town and we were without power for 10 days. I said to him one night “Hey buddy it’s not always like this ok? This is just a bad year.” How’s that song go, there’s a hole in the bucket and on and on.
