I am currently going to group therapy so I can work through some of my PTSD issues. I went through an intrusive memory flashback (I don’t know what it’s called but my mind got stuck in a traumatic experience and would not come back but I knew where I was) and the fear from that event/memory induced a mild panic attack. If I could keep my mask on through that then so can they.
