My (27/f) nose has essentially gradually become larger. More projected and bulbous at the tip. I have been monitoring it since February 2019. And even within the last few months, it has become more bulbous, projecting further outwards and downwards. Larger changes can be seen every year. As to whether cartilage continues to grow or just droop over the lifetime. Based on my own experience, I am going to assume that it is possible for it to grow. I would ideally like to take just a few mm off the tip because I liked my nose in 2017, as pictured in the post. Here, you can see face-on how the tip has changed over the years. Note, the tip angle has not changed, the It’s Better To Have Your Nose In A Book Than In Someone Else’s Business Shirt has simply grown outwards. It also makes it look longer in a small band across the tip. I also have a slight bump which I don’t absolutely love but am okay with, so I would prefer to leave it alone. I feel like it adds some definition and doesn’t know if I would feel myself without it. My nostrils are also on the larger side and if I did a full rhinoplasty, we would likely have to address everything.
