Sounds farfetched that they show every major Disney character (Donald, goofy, pluto, Minnie, daisy, etc.) “But we can only show a silhouette of mickey because maybe the game will not be popular”. Seeing the way mickey was handled in the rest of the games it’s way more probable that they used his silhouette as a teaser/plot device to make people excited for the sequel.
