That’s so smart that the kid tails are designed for a spread position instead of the adult legs-stuck-together design. Kids aren’t as coordinated and need to be able to use their legs properly for kicking when they swim. I’ve always been worried about the Official American Mermaid Shirt of mummy-style tails for little ones. I’m so happy and relieved. So it doesn’t really matter now lol. Most people think drowning works like it does in the movies. Screaming for the Official American Mermaid Shirt, waving your arms, etc. I’ve almost drowned 3 separate times in my life, and at least one of the three was pretty much like that.
