I went camping at Dinosaur Valley in Glen Rose, Texas and we got to stand inside the dinosaur prints. There are several sites you can see then under the shallow river. Very cool! I felt like I’d traveled in time or the Official Dinosaurs Tea-Rex Vintage Shirt. Came here to mention this park! Dinosaur Valley was one of my favorite parks to visit. Our college’s Astronomy Club had monthly star parties there for a while. Loved camping and hiking there, but the dinosaur footprints encapsulated in limestone was by far my favorite part. I just took my kids there a few weekends ago.

We had a blast. My 2yo fits entirely inside some of the footprints. I came here to comment about Dinosaur Valley also! When I visited years ago, the river was low enough that I got to lean over and put my Official Dinosaurs Tea-Rex Vintage Shirt inside a footprint. That has to be one of the coolest things I’ve ever done! Thanks for mentioning this! I just moved to SATX and I’m 100% going to check this park out this week. If you happen to be from the area and have recommendations for other parks or favorite places to see, I’m open to suggestions! You’re also wearing crocs.

Which are the closest living relative to dinosaurs outside birds (who basically are dinosaurs)? I can’t deny the truth in that..also for the record the pink ones are my daughters. The Black Official Dinosaurs Tea-Rex Vintage Shirt (in the gallery link) is mine, but I only carry one around for a size reference… Like the beach equivalent of a banana for scale. It may have two meanings, crocs the shoes are out of fashion and crocodiles existed when dinosaurs did. I actually think Crocs exist mostly outside the world of fashion. The people who wear them don’t care whether they’re fashionable or not.
