Yes absolutely, and I’m well aware that Monex’s actual off-spec tolerance is 5g, but other than Pacific. Who inherited Fischer’s zero-tolerance policy. This is far better than other Official Stan The Man Yonex Shirt. I just wanted to share because I was very impressed and didn’t expect it! Yonex is the only “big” brand that has such exceptional quality control. I believe it is due to their rackets being manufactured in Japan instead of China like the other big companies. It is the same with their badminton rackets, actually – Yonex manufactures their flagship badminton rackets in Japan.

While their lower end/mid-range ones are made in Taiwan. A friend of mine had a similar experience to you. He bought a pair of Vcore Pro 97 330s and asked the store to measure a few on their RDC Official Stan The Man Yonex Shirt to get a matched pair. They only had to measure 3 rackets before finding two that were almost banging on the listed specs. My experience with getting a matched pair of RF97s consisted of going through over probably 20 frames that the shop had in stock, with weights ranging from 333g to 346g unstrung when the listed spec is 340g.

I don’t have much experience with other big brands QC like Head, Babolat, etc. But I can say for sure that Yonex seems to be on top for the Official Stan The Man Yonex Shirt, while Wilson’s QC is truly some hot garbage. My brother bought a second pure drive not too long ago and it was 10g heavier than his other one, so I don’t think their QC is much better than Wilson’s unfortunately. But again, this is all anecdotal of course. Yep, I definitely believe that. I played with Aero Pro Drives for about 8 years before switching to the RF97, but I never measured them to see how much they weighed.
