I’ve been conditioned to wake up before my alarm most days, but occasionally I’ll be in the middle of REM sleep and it’ll go off. Talk about a rush. Bought one of these. Literally the only way I can wake up and not hit snooze 87 times. Slowly gets brighter so by the time I am aware of it, it’s not like jarring AF.
