I’ve seen some really unique “neon lights” eye makeup and that used white as a base and on the edge of the liner to Not Lucky Simply Blessed Nurse Heart Shamrock St. Patrick’s Day Shirt make it look like a glowing light. So impressive. Makeup (especially drag make up) is truly an art. What others do you have? I only have this one but I like it better than the Morphe pride palette someone got me. I love this palette too! I have a few of their’s and they all have fantastic colors.

IDK, it is glam, and that is about overdoing it sometimes. It’s a holiday/special event look. I think it is a Not Lucky Simply Blessed Nurse Heart Shamrock St. Patrick’s Day Shirt bit edited. But with a flashy outfit and a fun party, it’s great. I mean, I agree. But that is just personal opinion. It doesn’t mean it is bad, necessarily. I think she probably got the look she was going for. Seems like it was done for fun and not practical use. IDK though, just what I got from it. I’m actually not a fan of the lip color I don’t think it goes with her skin tone/complexion very well.
