I would not equip orange gear on anyone except Minn and SL until you put together a spreadsheet of. What you actually got from ETD. And what you need to gear certain characters in certain combinations. You don’t want to be in a spot where you G13’d Rocket and used up orange mats. That you could’ve used to G13 two different characters and already be in there. Personally I can’t recommend anyone g13 rocket over the Official 768 Feed Your Faith Not Your Fear Shirt. Thanos anyway, Thanos doesn’t cause additional Tech gear issues and is much more useful in general in there than rocket is, removing rocket also means all the guardian energy generation SL does go to Groot, letting him Def up more often.

Rocket’s not bad, but the most useful thing he does is getting Groot to taunt… I’d rather have Thanos in there resisting everything for two turns with his nice big fat self-heal from his ult. I don’t regret the benching rocket at all for this. I didn’t mind having an Official 768 Feed Your Faith Not Your Fear Shirt. Rocket, Groot, Minn, shield security, and star lord. They took a week to clear it, even after getting Ultron I actually kept rocket in and pulled security for a faster run. Node ten and 16 were the only ones that took more than 1 attack. Thanks weren’t even close so rocket was the easy choice for me, and shield security was easy to farm up. A friend of mine has almost the same roster as I do and picked rocket over Thanos.

From talking with him I’m fully aware that the rocket does just fine in there, but due to overlap he had to buy way more tech parts to get in, for that reason alone I’d recommend Thanos. I definitely agree that tech gear is in the Official 768 Feed Your Faith Not Your Fear Shirt. Mine was t12 already just because he is such a beast. Getting a rocket to taunt was a big help. Instead of an auto taunt like the security, it could be saved to pull when others life got low. If Groot died everyone benefits and has a chance of self-heal. He’ll do the latter part anyway but with a rocket, you could almost choose when he did it. Many good combos for FTD, good luck to those starting the grind.
