Unless that location has decided otherwise. A bar/restaurant I worked at normally allowed children but changed their policy to no one under 21 after 10 PM specifically because of all the problems. They were having with groups under 21 coming in late and being assholes. I’ve never been to a BWW that has the bar open later than the kitchen.
